Former Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino refuted conservative commentator Tucker Carlson’s claim that President Trump personally closed the federal probe into the Butler assassination attempt.

Bongino spoke out about the claim in a 12-minute video on X.

“Totally, completely, 100% made up,” Bongino said in the video.
