Majority believe gov officials broke law to force Trump Ukraine impeachment: Poll

A majority of likely voters believe it is likely that government officials broke the law in 2019 to falsely create an impression of wrongdoing by President Donald Trump to force the Ukraine impeachment.
Fifty-two percent of likely voters expressed that view in the latest Rasmussen Reports poll, including 36% who said it was “very likely.” A further 20% said it was not at all likely and 12% were unsure.
Conducted April 14-16, the survey questioned 1,090 likely U.S. voters and has a margin of error of +/- 3%.
The survey comes in the wake of reporting from Just the News that the Department of Justice Inspector General had developed evidence of the whistleblower’s anti-Trump political bias that did not become public during the impeachment hearings.
Other memos showed that witnesses who supported the whistleblower had expressed their own concerns about the veracity of the initial allegations.
