We make America great again.

I sent both commentaries directly to President Trump’s office.

Then I texted my strategy to President Trump’s cell phone.

I also tweeted this dynamic one-two knockout punch combination on my social media. The response was fantastic.

So, now let me lay out this strategy in detail…

There is no cavalry coming. The Senate will NOT terminate or suspend the filibuster. Therefore, the Senate will not pass the SAVE America Act. Face the truth- our GOP Senate is either useless, cowardly, or bribed. Probably a combination of all three. But either way, it’s not happening. We must accept reality.

It’s time to pull out the “National Security Emergency” card!

President Trump, in April 2025, was prepared to declare a “National Security Emergency for US Elections.”

Along with that, “National Security Emergency Declaration” was a 17-page Executive Order that addressed everything from Voter ID, proof of citizenship, voter registration, and limiting mail-in ballot voting by going back to the old-style “Absentee Ballot” (where the only people allowed to vote through the mail were overseas military, elderly, disabled, etc.).

President Trump never released the “National Security Emergency Declaration” and EO on elections. People close to the President say he was talked out of it because he was assured that the Save America Act was soon to pass.

Sure, and I promise “my check is in the mail.”

It’s time to stop dreaming. The SAVE Act will never pass. The cavalry is not coming- at least not from this cowardly and corrupt Republican US Senate- many of whom play for the other side.

But this “National Emergency Declaration” is the cavalry.

In the early 1980s, President Reagan made the argument to the Supreme Court that Congress should not have authority to overturn something as serious as a NATIONAL SECURITY EMERGENCY.

In 1983, the Supreme Court ruled that the only way Congress can undo a President’s National Security Emergency is by…

1) BOTH CHAMBERS OF CONGRESS must produce a 2/3rds majority.

2) Congress has six months from the time the National Security Emergency is signed to achieve the 2/3 majority in both the House and the Senate.

President Trump could declare a National Security Emergency on Elections TODAY.

Surely the Democrats will try to challenge Trump’s “National Emergency Declaration,” as they always do. But they can’t. It cannot be undone in the courts. It can only be undone IF DEMOCRATS CAN PRODUCE A 2/3rds MAJORITY IN BOTH CHAMBERS WITHIN SIX MONTHS.

Democrats can’t do it. They don’t have 2/3rds. Not even close. They lose. Trump wins. Period.

And no court can get involved- thereby neutering the communist insurrection judges.

It is my opinion that this is the only path remaining to save the midterms from another stolen election by Democrats.

Now to Part Deux of my powerful one-two knockout punch combination. Mike Tyson would be proud!

This one is so simple. Declare all of former President Joe Biden’s auto-pen pardons null and void. That includes Dr. Anthony Fauci’s pardon. And at the exact same time…

INDICT DR. FAUCI.

Fauci may be the most hated man in America. And that’s really saying something- considering how we all feel about Barack Obama.

Why do we all hate Dr. Fauci so much? Let’s count the ways…

1. Fauci paid for the creation of the Covid germ in a biowarfare lab. Yes, Fauci is “the father of Covid.” He put up the money. Worse, it wasn’t even his money. It was OPM- your taxpayer money.
2. Then Fauci tried to cover it all up- including erasing emails that proved his guilt. He must have asked Hillary for her expert advice.
3. Fauci locked down the USA when he knew lockdowns would achieve absolutely nothing- except destroy the Trump economy, put millions out of work, and insure a Trump re-election defeat. That was the point.
4. Fauci demanded mask mandates when he knew masks did not work. How do I know that? Dr. Fauci said so. First, he announced masks don’t work, then weeks later he demanded everyone wear a mask everywhere. All of this opened the door to using mail-in ballots to rig and steal the 2020 election. That’s why he scared everyone into wearing masks.
5. Fauci decided to demonize Ivermectin- even though he knew it was the most effective and inexpensive treatment for Covid. He did this by releasing a completely fraudulent, corrupt study that was spread day and night by his partners-in-crime in the mainstream media.  That study was later debunked and withdrawn from medical journals. How many millions of Americans died, or were disabled for life, because they didn’t take Ivermectin- the cheapest and most effective treatment for Covid?
6. Fauci led the charge to call the Covid vaccine “safe and effective.” It was neither. But Fauci and his Big Pharma cronies made hundreds of billions from the Covid vaccine- which was only approved “for emergency use” because there was no other cheaper or more effective treatment on the market. That’s precisely why Ivermectin had to be demonized.
7. Fauci led the cover-up of mass deaths from the Covid vaccine. To this day, the media is silent as millions of Americans die and suffer-  a total media blackout.
8. Fauci led the media and social media censorship to silence all dissent and the raw truth about the deaths from the Covid vaccine. This violated the US Constitution and our right to free speech.
9. And we just concluded Senate hearings, which prove Dr. Fauci and his cronies knew about “safety signals”- i.e., heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, and turbo cancer caused by the Covid vaccine. Yet they hid the dangerous side effects and pushed even harder for mandatory boosters. That’s called MASS MURDER.

These are all lies, fraud, propaganda, mass murder and/or crimes against humanity. Any one of them could lead to life in prison.

But the statute of limitations runs out within days for some of Dr. Fauci’s crimes. 

77 million Trump MAGA voters hate this man. We believe he is a creep, fraud and mass murderer. But at the very least, indict him for using taxpayer money to fund the research and creation of Covid.

This one indictment would so excite the MAGA base that all 77 million Trump voters from 2024 would come out with enthusiasm and pitchforks for the midterms- leading to a massive GOP victory.

And with your National Security Declaration, Mr. President, Democrats won’t be able to cheat their way out of this one.
