How Texas Authorities Can Hold Dr. Fauci Accountable

It has been reported that Governor Greg Abbott recently said the following: “Dr. Fauci’s actions and policies harmed a lot of Texans. I’ve directed our Major Crimes Division to open an official investigation.”
The report further states: “Abbott says he hopes to be able to charge Fauci with the deaths of tens of thousands of Texans.”
Governor Abbott’s directive to the Major Crimes section of the Texas Department of Public Safety, Criminal Investigations Division, is very timely now that the US Department of Justice appears not to pursue federal criminal charges against Dr. Fauci for lying to members of the US Congress.
Given the above, this narrative explains how Texas authorities can hold Dr. Fauci and others accountable for horrendous, egregious crimes allegedly committed against not only tens of thousands of Texas citizens but also hundreds of thousands of other Americans who perished in hospitals during the COVID pandemic.
It is alleged that the actions of Dr. Fauci and others named herein are responsible for the policies and mandates that either directly or indirectly caused the deaths of an estimated 87,000 Texans* who perished in Texas hospitals after they were given the highly toxic drug remdesivir as “treatment” for the Covid virus.
Letters from aggrieved Texas families requesting a criminal investigation of Fauci and others responsible for the deaths of their loved ones in Texas hospitals can be read at https://diamondmindfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/5-Exhitbit-B.-48-pgs.pdf
“Homicide, premeditated murder” is how two highly respected officials, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and Dr. David Martin, publicly characterize the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans who perished in hospitals while being treated for the COVID-19 virus.
The public statements of Kennedy and Martin about the tragic use of the highly toxic drug Remdesivir to treat Covid patients have never been challenged or refuted and thus, can be assumed to be highly creditable.
In the words of Dr. Ben Carson, “What happened during COVID must not be quietly erased from history—we must have accountability, transparency, and honest answers because forgetting what happened only guarantees it will happen again.” #BenCarson, #COVIDTruth
Secretary Kennedy states that Remdesivir causes kidney failure, heart failure, and/or all-organ collapse causing eventual death—that the deaths of so many Covid patients were caused by one or more doses of Remdesivir and not the Covid virus.
Dr. Martin states that any hospital or public health official who knew or should have known about the drug’s deadly effects and failed to stop giving this highly toxic drug to patients has committed “reckless homicide at best or premeditated murder at worst”.

Background. In April 2020, Dr Anthony Fauci mandated that Remdesivir (also called Veklury) be used in hospitals to treat Covid patients, and the drug remained in use for the next 4 years and perhaps longer.
In November 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) advised that the drug cease to be used to treat Covid hospital patients. Inexplicably, American hospitals continued to give the highly toxic drug to Covid patients for several years!
A critical question that must be asked is why did hundreds of thousands of Covid patients in US hospitals continue receiving Remdesivir (and still may be at some hospitals) long after the WHO advised that the drug cease to be used? An interview with Dr Peter McCullough at https://rumble.com/v5qbtcw-dr-peter-mccullough-remdesivir.html offers an answer to the question, and it appears to be “all about the money” for using the drug.
Dr. McCullough states that hospitals received a huge bonus of 20 percent of a Covid patient’s total hospital bill when Remdesivir was given to the patient. This bonus was paid by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service (CMS).
Another critical question is who else, in addition to the hospitals, benefitted from the continued use of Remdesivir?
The drug manufacturer, Gilead Sciences, certainly benefited from the continued use of the drug, as did several high-ranking public health officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci. These officials (named below) allegedly benefited in a variety of ways including public appearances paid by Gilead, royalty payments, increases in Gilead stock portfolios, etc.
The above information demands a thorough criminal investigation of the alleged hospital homicides in Texas and indictments of persons responsible for the crimes.
Alleged violations of Texas Penal Code include: Capital Murder; Murder; Manslaughter; Participation in Enterprise Through Racketeering; Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity; Injury to a Child, Elderly Individual, or Disabled Individual; Abandoning or Endangering a Child, Elderly Individual, or Disabled Individual; and Unlawful Restraint.
Officials (subjects) to be investigated include Anthony Fauci and those named below:
– Cliff Lane, Deputy Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
– Francis Collins, ex-Director, National Institutes of Health
– Deborah Birx, ex-White House COVID Response Coordinator & former Director of
DOD HIV Research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research
– Rochelle Walensky, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
– Stephen Hahn, ex-Commissioner, Federal Drug Administration
– Robert Redfield, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
– The Administrators and Healthcare Providers of hospital systems and facilities providing care to patients in Texas, including but not limited to Baylor, Scott, & White Hospital System (“BSW”)
* Centers for Disease Control (CDC) statistics indicate that the hospital deaths of over 1.2 million Americans are attributed to the COVID-19 virus. Based on letters received from aggrieved families in seven states, it is estimated that upwards of 80 percent or over 900,000 Americans nationwide perished in hospitals primarily due to the mandated use of toxic doses of Remdesivir. In Texas, CDC statistics indicate that upwards of 109,000 hospital deaths are attributed to the COVID-19 virus with an estimated 80 percent or 87,000 hospital patients/victims receiving one or more doses of Remdesivir.
