Bill Maher Talks About ‘Creep’ Eric Swalwell, Showing He’s Not a Coward Like Colbert and Kimmel (VIDEO)

Bill Maher devoted a segment of his show on Friday night to talking about ‘creep’ Eric Swalwell and the explosive scandal that has unfolded around him over the last two weeks.
Maher may be a liberal, but at least he is willing to talk about this, unlike Colbert and Kimmel who wimped out on the topic completely.
Maher mentioned the fact that Swalwell had been on his show before but said that he gave him bad vibes.
FOX News reports:
Comedian Bill Maher blasted former U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., as a “f—ing creep” in a “Real Time” takedown Friday, pointing to previous encounters with the disgraced Democrat that raised red flags.
“I’ve got to say, we had him on a couple of times. Ask my staff, I never liked him,” Maher said.
“I’ve always thought this guy was a f—ing creep. I never liked him and, yet, so many Democrats stood by him, and now that we’re finding out that it was such an open secret.”
Maher highlighted a slew of other “open secrets” involving figures in the past who faced similar allegations, including former film producer Harvey Weinstein, former comedian Bill Cosby, former U.S. Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, and former President Bill Clinton.
“I hear this so many times. … It was an open secret,” he said. “What is going on here where it takes so long for the open secret to [come out]?”

Colbert and Kimmel skipped over the story all week long.
Breitbart News reports:
Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert Silent on Swalwell Rape Allegations for an Entire Week
Neither far-left late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel nor Stephen Colbert have mentioned the resignation of disgraced Democrat Eric Swalwell in their monologues this week — despite showing big support for him before the congressman’s scandals drove him out of politics.
The California Democrat not only resigned his seat in the House on Monday, but he also dropped his bid for California Governor after a growing number of women have come forward to allege that he sexually harassed them — or even sexually assaulted them — throughout his political career.
Swalwell was a huge devotee of the big networks’ late-night comedy shows, appearing on most of them and getting a big boost from both ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, both of which had Swalwell on to flog his run for California governor.
Maher deserves credit for at least discussing the topic. It is a rather big story.
