BREAKING: NO DUST, NO DOLLARS: Iran must agree to these conditions in Trump peace deal

Key details of the peace deal between Iran and the United States were revealed in a call with a senior White House official on Sunday. The US is pressing for the release of nuclear dust in exchange for the sanctions relief.
The moderates and pragmatists are ascendant in Iran and the hardliners do not have total control in this process that will see Iran giving up their long-term nuclear ambitions. There will be no money unfrozen without the exchange of nuclear dust, no pallets of cash. The agreement is 95% complete.
The meeting for the signing of the peace deal may be in person ahead of an additional 30-60 days where negotiators will hash out Phase 2 of the agreement and discuss how to remove the nuclear dust. Details are being discussed within the Iranian regime as to how to stop enrichment, which is a new development in the talks.
As to the progression of those talks, the regime is practically communicating via carrier pigeon, taking extreme steps to make sure the Supreme Leader is protected and unable to be located by the US or Israel. Israel has been more cautious as Iran has been a regional, existential threat.
Operation Economic Fury, as it was referred to by a senior White House official, has been building over time. The blockade helped push it because that bought the US time to accelerate economic leverage points. Sanctions that had been in place were neglected by the Biden administration.
Reopening the Strait of Hormuz is an asymmetric advantage and the pressure globally will be relieved quickly. Iran’s ballistic missile capacity has been substantially reduced and the US is committed to preventing them from continuing to fund terror, which has been a function of the IRGC.
Iran will have to commit to giving up their enriched stockpile, the Strait of Hormuz will have to be opened and the blockade lifted. No frozen assets will be released with the meeting of the conditions as laid out by the US. To achieve this deal, the major nations of the Muslim world will come together, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, and Iran.
Part of the goal is that Israelis and Arabs are able to secure an energy economy in this region and that these economies will be self-sustaining with much less American involvement. The Persian Gulf region will be transformed as a result of the conflict and the ensuing deal.
The result for Americans, per the White House, is that oil will be coming down and gas prices will get back to normal from the current 4-year high.
